#AIC2024: Sanyiya

Our Theme

Sanyiya means “Mobilize” in the Chagga language in Tanzania. The aim of this conference is to serve as a rallying cry for responsible resource management.

The conference will focus on defining a roadmap for ethical resource utilization while exploring innovative solutions for sustainable development. It will encourage sharing insights and collaborative initiatives to catalyze positive change. We will focus on four sectors that are paramount to executing this vision: Sustainable Management and Conservation, Health Implications, and Community Mobilization. This conference will be about fostering a legacy of environmental stewardship and socio-economic progress across Africa for generations to come.
