Krado means “Ready” in the Akan language in Ghana. The aim of this conference is to spark a conversation that will help our audience unlearn unhealthy and inefficient patterns, thought processes, and behaviours that we have internalized as African and black people. Throughout history, our voices have been silenced by the ongoing exploitation of our culture, background and people. Together, we can Reform our minds and Rethink our values so we can Rebuild our continent. We will focus on four sectors that are paramount to executing this vision: Finance, Mental health, Education, and Community. This conference will be about taking lessons of value learnt from the past and using them to progress rather than remaining stuck in the past. We are ready to take our future back.
