This year, we focused on how to promote internal sustainability and subsequently reclaim control of our resources. JELANI means ‘Great and Powerful’ in Swahili and this is an accurate representation of the African continent. We need to preserve our natural wealth for future generations. We hold the tools and methods to liberate ourselves and maintain self-reliance; it’s about time we use them!
